Register
Before you can begin shopping at Trainer's Wholesale, you must register, be approved and create a password. Access will be kept strictly limited to fitness professionals. Once you provide the required information, proving you are indeed a fitness professional, a link directing you to create a password will be e-mailed to you. When your password is created, you may begin ordering product. (Approvals are usually issued within 12 hours of registration, provided appropriate proof of fitness professional status is submitted at the time of registration.)
What is adequate identification?
Adequate identification necessary to engage in business with Trainer's Wholesale must prove that you are
- who you say you are
- a Fitness Professional
What is your profession?
To prove you are a fitness professional, you must present one of the following items:
- certification card
- certificate issued by national organization that certified you
- diploma from undergraduate program related to exercise / health science
- pay stub with your name from your club, gym, spa... employer
NOTE: If you have a company website, or a listing with the organization that certified you as a fitness professional, or some form of on-line proof that clearly demonstrates your personal commitment to the fitness professional world, Trainer's Wholesale is willing to accept a direct link to your listed profile as proof of your fitness professional status in place of the above mentioned information. In any case where identity and/or professional status are questionable, further proof may be requested. (After submitting the registration form, you will need to send a link to your supporting information in a separate e-mail to: customersupport@trainerswholesale.com.)
Want to be a re-seller?
To purchase product for re-sale, you should have a re-seller's permit issued by the state you conduct business in. The permit allows you to purchase product without paying tax under the condition that you collect sales tax when you sell the product to the end-user. The process to obtain a re-seller's permit is fairly simple. Please check with your local state government.
NOTE: Trainer's Wholesale™ is a New York State based business and does not collect sales tax from any purchasers who reside outside the state of New York.)
